| Straw like color, light and transparent, pretty lively at first with a nice carbonation and a distinct light white foam. A couple of whiffs don’t reveal anything too interesting, it’s pretty simple. The flavor is a little sugary if you hold it at the front of the tongue, smoothing out in the middle with a little dryness at the end. There’s very little bitterness to speak of, the sweetness being the most noticeable remaining flavor. If you swirl it around your mouth you do get something of a light berry like flavor. | ||
